Part 4: Integration (2 hours)
We are now ready to take everything we learned in the first three sessions and integrate these skills into a functional movement pattern. We will take a look at common exercises; lunge, squat, overhead press, plank, push-up, and explore how these exercises can be performed in a way that improves the alignment and function of the body, rather than maintain the bias that already exist in the body and increasing the likelihood of future injury.
